Barbra Schlifer
Commemorative Clinic

Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic is Canada’s only fully integrated Clinic to offer essential counselling, legal, and interpretation services to survivors of gender-based violence. Since its founding, the Clinic has assisted more than 100,000 survivors through our direct services, projects and programs, advocacy efforts, legal reform, and submissions to the United Nations, Supreme Courts, and other governing bodies.

Now in its third year, the Spirit of Schlifer Campaign was created during the COVID-19 pandemic to help fund our essential services. Our goal this year is to raise more than $200,000. These funds are vital to the overall operations of the Clinic, but particularly to the provision of our essential services.

We Believe we can reach our goal. We Believe in our partners and donors, and we cherish their generosity and support. We Believe in the resilience of survivors to never give up. And We Believe in you. Join us today and become a Believer. Believe that there is an end to gender-based violence.
